My Name is Laurie Pinzel, a mother of 4, a Buffalo native, and a certified Reiki Master.

After letting the hustle-and-bustle world keep my mind constantly buzzing with worries and struggling to sleep. I realized it was time for something new. Desperate to find a way to turn off my mind at night, I tried meditating using the Reiki method. It turned out to be exactly what I needed to let my stressors fade away. I was finally able to quiet my mind, but to my surprise, I also noticed an abundance of energy in my hands. It was subtle at first, but clearing my head gave me a chance To feel something I never experienced before. I researched what I was feeling and how reiki uses energy to help people like me. There was so much to learn, the more I read the more I wanted to share what I've felt. It's a simple yet powerful technique that will bring balance and harmony to all aspects of your life. My goal is to share the gratifying calming practice of reiki with others, so that they too can experience the change they need to live a balanced life.

REIKI HEALING
Reiki is a powerful soothing stress reduction technique that brings calm and relief to the body and mind. The effects are similar to massage, with the exception that Reiki involves only gentle healing touch and recipients remain fully clothed throughout the session. Health benefits include but aren't limited to: Better sleep, Increased mental clarity, Relief or resolution from physical aches and pains such as headaches and joint pain, Emotional balance, Enhanced creativity. Sessions are 30 min.or 60 min. Sessions are performed in serene settings to help you further relax from start to finish. You will come away from your session feeling rested and rejuvenating.

CRYSTAL THERAPY
Crystal healing is a type of therapy that is deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and healing for the body mind and spirit. It is done with clothes completely on and with minimal contact. Crystals are powerful tools given by nature, Mother Earth, to use in a variety of different ways. The goal of a session may include re-alignment of your energetic frequencies and/or removal of any emotional and energetic blocks. Crystal healing can assist in all areas of our lives, this therapy can promote good health in our physical, mental and spiritual bodies.

REIKI DISTANCE HEALING
A wonderful option for those who cannot come in the office for Reiki therapy. Whether you do a session in my office , or from 100 miles away, I am still accessing your energy system. When I do this from afar I have a protocol to follow in order to make the connection but once I have the connection I use the sensations in my hands, just like a hands-on therapy.
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction that also promotes healing.

I very much enjoyed my first Reiki experience! Laurie is sweetheart and very professional. It was a very relaxing experience. I had my eyes closed so I couldn't tell where Laurie was at all during the whole session. I felt no actually touching but I could feel the energy I guess you could say. I felt tingling in some areas, cold in other areas. When I was told I could open my eyes I felt like I had just woken up but I was awake the whole time. I felt great afterwards...renewed.
